Staying at Bahia Santa Cruz was a mix of serene moments and a touch of inconvenience. The expansive garden and terrace provided an inviting area to unwind, while the indoor pool was a great way to escape the heat. Enjoying the thermal water-jet circuit was a unique experience; the hydromassage and swan neck showers truly soothed my tired muscles after long days exploring. I did encounter some issues with the check-in process, which could be more streamlined. The friendly staff, while welcoming, couldn’t quite resolve our misunderstanding about the address details, which made finding the property a little challenging. While the tranquil environment near the pool was a highlight, some noise from barking dogs was noticeable. Bahia Santa Cruz offers potential, but I’d recommend cautious consideration based on our experience.
